Very good place to enjoy with family. In hotel, various events are organised that you don't need to go anywhere. More preferable that city hotels.

The rooms was not worth it. There is no slippers available in room also no bathrobes in there the hygiene of room is a big issue there. The electricity was also not regular the power cut is happening repetitively. The rooms are not worth of price taken by property.

It was a very disappointing experience. Right from the attitude of front desk/reception to cleanliness of the room, the condition of mattresses, poorly maintained closets, bathroom fitting, leaking flush, missing chairs. And lot more. The requests are repeated number of times to get answered. The room allotted has no similarity to what was shown . The operation of the lift(1970 model( is something to be decided. Most of the time, the lift will be held up in one of the floors, because someone has left the door open. We got good exercise climbing uo and down the stairs. In some major portion of the property, maintenence/refurbishing was going in with lot of noise and dust. Only positive thing about the property is the excellent food served in the resturant. This is one of the worst experiences i had so far and i will be doing an injustice if i recommend this property to others. The rates charged are very high when you look at what facilities are provided.

Gee-at property, the checkin process was very smooth and on time. The rooms were clean and tidy. The pool was clean and available through the day and the food and drinks were good aswell.

The location is wonderful. However, rooms require renovation. Acs stopped working post check in. New rooms could not be allotted near each other. I was travel-ling with two sets of senior citizens and a child. Water water does not come, and there were pest problems, which was the worst part. For each and every service, had to make phone calls and take headache. Service staff were very prompt. Food was good. Reservations have to be made in their only one restaurant, which can accommodate hardly 1/2 of the booked guests. Over all activities are there, hence kids enjoy. However, being on a vacation and having paid, who wants to take so much of hassles getting ammenities to function? vacation became very stressful, rather than enjoyable. Owner needs to invest and make necessary repairs in the rooms.

We were informed that our driver will be given a mattress to sleep. However, the hotel peeps didn’t accommodate him and he had to sleep on a chair.

We have to roam room to room at 2 am in the night just because ac was not working than fridge was not working. We changed 3 rooms that night

The room was clean and well maintained. Staff are very cooperative and respond quickly. The ambience is beautiful with amazing food.

Had a good experience, hospitality was good. Had good fun in sports activities and in pool. Food could be better.

Property, location, food are excellent. Amenities like kids zone are very expensive. House keeping and service department needs lots of improvement,
